How long will my First Appointment take?

Your first appointment (initial evaluation) usually lasts about 1 hour.

The goal of the therapist on this visit is to listen and fully understand what the issues are. The therapist will work with you to formulate a treatment plan that incorporates your goals and works with your lifestyle.

What should I wear for my visit?

Comfortable clothing that will allow you to move and exercise the affected area and appropriate shoes.
How long will my Follow-up appointments take?

45-60 minutes of hands-on treatment and guided care.
Why do I need a prescription?
-
While in Arizona it is not mandatory to have a prescription to receive treatment, we have found that most insurance companies will not cover services that do not have a doctor's prescription.
