Dry Needling is a technique used by our certified therapist's to treat myofascial pain. In this process  a small needle is inserted into a specific area of the muscle commonly called a trigger point. This treatment has  minimal to low risk and can relieve chronic or acute pain, restricted motion, reduce muscle tension, and normalize dysfunction. Dry Needling may help reduce the time it takes a patient to return to performance of necessary exercise and activity.

Dry Needling is not acupuncture which is based on traditional Chinese Medicine, but is a part of Modern Western Medicine supported by research.
